  To any one being arrested please take notice. They run two courts One is under a case number the other is under a general number. The indictment is under gen number then they file complaint and it's under case number. Gen number are all writs and is your upper case name . That's not you. The lower case name in the case number is u but u have been assigned a title. They run the probable cause hearing during bond call so speak up and make it known that you r a man and not a defendant. Ant at the end of the word designates an agent. RespondAnt claimant defendant peasant Servant Report judges to court commission in Springfield Freedom of information the sheriff , the dept of revenue since it's all about money , and what ever police station arrested you When u fill out bond paper they give u certificate of defendant. Don't be A defendant. U don't have to be. Make it known. Write a letter to cheif judge. They have an acting chief judge so watch out. They never turn the light off in there

  The district attorney in my case was removed halfway through because he was brought up on charges himself.
